Efficient Mass Transportation Services

To provide a more efficient mass transportation service, we have divided our routes into categories:

City Within a City

City to City

Inter Urban & Rural Urban

City Within a City

This is a sort of bus service that runs often and stops frequently in congested and non-congested areas of cities. i.e. bus service on a route of less than 40 kilometers.

  1.  Use a high frequency, preferably 10 minutes.
  2. Scheduled Maintenance
  3.  In one direction, the distance or coverage does not exceed 40 kilometers.
  4. There are numerous bus stops along the route.
  5. Reduced fares that are divided or graduated.

City to City

This is a bus service that connects two cities across a 140-kilometer distance.

  1. Frequency is low or limited.
  2. Constant frequency.
  3. Consistent passenger flow.
  4. The distance or coverage is 140 kilometers in one direction

Inter Urban & Rural Urban

This is a type of bus service that connects rural areas to urban areas (often on bad routes with low consistent frequency). This type of operation makes villages and districts available for socioeconomic operations, such as routes in Ghana’s Upper West, Upper East, Northern, Ashanti, and Eastern Regions. This accounts for around 35% of all operations.

  1. Frequency is low or limited.
  2. Recurring frequency.
  3. Passengers in a steady stream
